Do you have kids who struggle with emotional regulation? Do you feel stressed out as a parent and struggle to be present with your kids? Do you have difficulty communicating with your kids? Join our next class!

Our assessments are informed by well‑researched, evidence‑based models used in pediatric behavioral health. One such program is The Incredible Years®, which was developed by Dr. Carolyn Webster‑Stratton at the University of Washington. Decades of research, including randomized controlled studies, show that this approach is effective in identifying and addressing common childhood behavior concerns such as frequent tantrums, aggression, difficulty following directions, and challenges with emotional regulation. Findings from this research also highlight improvements in children’s social skills and overall behavior. These evidence‑based outcomes help guide our screening and evaluation process so we can better understand each child’s strengths, needs, and areas for support.

What you need to know

Dates and times of the next class

Evenings in September and October. Classes will be remote only from 7:30 - 9 pm on either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.

How do I get started?

Fill out the form below.

Your facilitator will reach out for a one-on-one check in before classes begin to ensure this will be a good fit for your family. If it is a mutual agreement, you will be invited to fill out your onboarding paperwork and submit a $200 deposit.

What to expect once accepted into the class?

Once your on boarding paperwork is received, we will send you more information about how to log into class, what you need to be ready for class, topics covered, ect. You will meet with a group of other parents remotely 2 evenings a week for 7 weeks. Each class will include an educational piece as well as a question and answer portion. Your facilitator will check in with families one-on-one once per week outside of class. This allows you to talk about specific needs of your family and get personalized feedback.

Before classes begin, ensure you have a working computer or phone that has stable internet. We will send over necessary materials a week before the class begins. Once we receive your deposit you will get more information to be prepared for the first class. We encourage you to find childcare or have your children occupied during class so that you can take in all the information without distractions.

Up to 3 caregivers per family are encouraged to attend a class. We encourage you to allow at least one caregiver to attend without distractions in order to receive the benefits of the information and discussions.
